Tottenham Hotspurs visit Galliard
On Tuesday, 4W and 5R were joined at their session by Spurs first team player Lucas Bergvall!
All children from year 1 to year 6 have enjoyed a football session led by Spurs coaches through the Spurs NextGEN project. On Tuesday, 4W and 5R were joined at their session by Spurs first team player Lucas Bergvall! Lucas joined in with the children's football sessions offering advice to support their footballing skills and then happily answering their questions. As this visit was so special it was covered by Sky Kids TV! The presenter interviewed two children about their thoughts on football and how the Spurs NextGEN project is helping to inspire children to get into football!
Lucas was truly inspiring to the children and they were thrilled by his visit!
