The procedures and arrangements for Galliard’s Breakfast Club will be changing after October half term as detailed below:-

The Breakfast Club will no longer run as a drop in club. Parents will need to pre-book their child’s place at least one week in advance.

Children do not need to attend every day but once booked the booking remains in place for the half term. The fees are still payable if your child is absent from school, although there will be no charge for school closure or residential trips. This allows the school to plan ahead and ensures adequate staffing levels are maintained.

Payments must be paid in advance via Parentpay and assigned to Breakfast Club so please ensure you have a Parentpay account set up.  Please contact the school office if you need help with this.

If a child’s account goes into arrears and parents have been sent 2 reminders, the place will be cancelled and offered to the next child on the waiting list.

Children can arrive at school from 7.55am and the doors close at 8.30am.

The club is open to all children from Nursery am to Year 6.

The children are served a bowl of cereal (they have a choice of Weetabix, rice crispies or cornflakes), toast with butter and jam, a drink of milk, water or squash and served a hot meal on Fridays.

The daily cost is £2 per day / £10 per week.

Application forms are available from the school office and must be completed prior to your child starting at the club.
